Drive For Excellence

* At the time of the drawing, if the winner is not at least 18 years old, the car must be titled in the winning student's parent's or legal guardian's name.

*The winner will be responsible for payment of taxes and license for the car.

*The winner must provide their own insurance if so required or desired.

*The type and model of the car to be given is solely at the discretion of Bartow Ford Company.

*The winner must be a current junior or senior at a Polk County high school, public or private.

*Finalists will be drawn between April 26 - April 30, 2010. Only one entry will qualify per finalists and student must be currently attending school at the time of drawing.

*Finalists must be present to be eligible to win.

*No entries accepted after April 24, 2010.

*Bartow Ford reserves the right to change dates and make any other changes if necessary.

*Must have a valid Florida Drivers License to participate. The 4th grading period report card will not be eligible for this contest.

*Only most recent report card grading period accepted. Only original report cards will be accepted. No Photo Copies.

*Employees of Bartow Ford and their immediate family are not eligible.

*For 16 years the "Drive for Excellence" program inspires students to achieve good grades and perfect attendance by giving away a NEW Mustang to a drawing winner.

*In conjunction with Publix Supermarkets and the local Wal-Mart, Bartow Ford participates in the "Back-to-School" drive assisting in the collection of donated school supplies that are distributed by the school system to those in need.

*Annually, Bartow Ford gives away two $1,000.00 scholarships through Polk Education Foundation. One of the qualifications is an essay on "Honesty, Trust and Integrity".

*Every January the FFA Polk County Youth Fair receives $10,000 towards the purchase of livestock from Bartow Ford.
